"He left everything for her. He left his wife, his kids. He is obsessed with her." So says a friend about Marc Anthony's love for wife Jennifer Lopez. Just what is it that inspires this kind of passion? "There is something about this girl," said the friend. "It's not that she's the best singer or actor or wife or girlfriend. But there is something about this girl that is intoxicating. To enter that world that is Jennifer Lopez is like entering heaven. You sit in the lap of luxury. When you are with her it's like being with the king. The real world doesn't exist anymore."

Amber Alert
Amber Tamblyn was asleep in her Vancouver hotel suite when her mobile phone rang at 5:30 a.m. Thursday: The 21-year-old Joan of Arcadia star had been nominated for an Emmy for outstanding lead actress. Rushing into the suite's other bedroom to give her dad, '50s teen idol Russ Tamblyn, the good news, she tripped in the dark and almost fell on top of him. "Everybody was telling me that it might happen," she says. "But you don't like to think about it." Later, Amber celebrated with a night out at her favorite local club, Sonar. "Me and Alexis Bledel (her costar in the film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, shooting in Vancouver) go out most nights together," she says. "We just dance and listen to house music. I'm a house head." With an Emmy nomination.
