Beyonce
Laura Farr/ZUMA
Beyoncé: My mother owns a hair salon and sometimes I would work as a receptionist and sweep up hair.

Bill Rancic (The Apprentice): When I was in college, my buddies and I started a boat wash-and-wax business in New Buffalo, Mich. We were making $400 a day, I water-skied all the time, and I had the best tan of my life.

Lindsay Lohan: Babysitting. And I used to sell lemonade on the corner a lot.

Patricia Arquette: I was a peer counselor, going to schools talking about birth control. Once, I was talking about when a baby's born, but I (accidentally) said, "The doctor cuts the spinal cord."

Sharon Stone: Selling hot dogs as a teenager at the baseball fields near Meadville, Pa.

Nick Lachey: Singing at King's Island. It was an easy job, it paid well and beat cutting grass.

Ann Curry (Today): Making watershed maps for the forest service.

Eve: I was in retail, working for commission at a jeans store. We had Diesel, Replay and cowboy boots. It was a hustle.

Denzel Washington: Supervising kids as a counselor at the Boys Club in my hometown, Mount Vernon, N.Y.
