SET: Sarah Jessica Parker's fall ad campaign for the Gap has been revealed, and will show the former Sex and the City star in several different customized jeans, reports the Associated Press. On one pair, she adds a velvet ribbon sewn down the legs to imitate tuxedo pants. On another, the jeans are cut just below the knee and enhanced with a ribbon bow at the hemline. Her tops include a shrunken jacket, a sexy secretary's pink cardigan, a black turtleneck and a white button-down shirt with black piping, to which she adds a bow tie. Parker, 39, who's been known to wear vintage, off-the-rack sportswear and couture simultaneously, describes her own style as having "no rules."
CAST: Former Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall, 47, will make her London stage debut come January in an updated version of Brian Clark's 1978 Whose Life is it Anyway, about a paralyzed sculptor who wishes to die, producers have announced. The drama, which played London and New York, originally starred Tom Conti but then Mary Tyler Moore took over the role on Broadway – and won a Tony for it. Richard Dreyfuss starred in the 1981 movie.
CANCELED: On Air With Ryan Seacrest will soon be off the air in more than 20 of its markets, says the Hollywood Reporter. The move could deal a major blow to the show, hosted by the 29-year-old American Idol emcee and has been struggling with low ratings since its January debut. The Sinclair Broadcast Group, which is making the move, carries On Air in cities such as Pittsburgh, Nashville, Raleigh-Durham, N.C., Columbus, Ohio, and San Antonio. No word on when the show will be dropped.
SOLD: Ozzy Osbourne has sold $50 million in merchandise – a record for a heavy metal performer, according to merchandising and licensing company Signatures Network. During the past decade, the British rocker, 55, amassed $35 million from selling merchandise at concerts like his Ozzfest roadshow and $15 million at retail. "I think the 'Ozzy for President' and the 'Passion of Ozzy' shirts we just released will be some of the best-selling and most popular among his fans," said his wife and manager, Sharon Osbourne, 51, as quoted by Reuters. "Of course, I love Ozzy so much I sleep with one of his shirts on every night."
OFFERED: This week, Joseph Maddalena's Hollywood collectibles auction house Profiles in History is auctioning off two jackets worn in movies by Marlon Brando, who died at 80 earlier this month of lung failure. One garment is a pinstriped suit coat from the 1955 musical Guys and Dolls and which is expected to fetch between $4,000 and $6,000, Maddalena said. The other is a sport coat worn in 1965 espionage thriller Morituri, which could bring as much as $1,200 to $1,500, Maddalena tells Reuters.
REVEALED: A lawyer for the financial backers of The Restaurant chef Rocco DiSpirito said the backers want to sell the New York restaurant that was developed for his NBC reality show and recoup their investment, reports AP. Laurence Kaiser, lawyer for China Grill Management, revealed his clients' wish to sell Rocco's 22nd Street on Monday at a court hearing to determine whether DiSpirito can be permanently barred from the eatery. DiSpirito says he owns 50 percent of the restaurant, but his China Grill investors disagree. He asked that a court order that bars him from Rocco's be lifted and a court-appointed receiver take over the restaurant.
