Oscar winner Nicolas Cage is a groom again.
"Nicolas Cage got married to Alice Kim today on a ranch in Northern California," his publicist, Annett Wolf, tells PEOPLE. "It was a private ceremony."
Cage, 40, met former waitress Kim, 20, in February, when she served him in a Los Angeles restaurant. Friends say that they became engaged two months after meeting.
The wedding took place Friday.
Cage's second marriage, to Lisa Marie Presley, was officially dissolved in late May following prolonged legal proceedings. The two had married on Aug. 10, 2002, in a secret ceremony in Hawaii. He filed for divorce 107 days later, on Nov. 25, 2002.
The Leaving Las Vegas Best Actor also was previously married to actress Patricia Arquette. They separated nine months after their 1995 wedding, and eventually reconciled. In 2001 they divorced, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Cage, who will next be seen in the movie National Treasure, has one son, Weston, born in 1990 from a relationship with model Kristina Fulton.
