RATED: In what must rank as an all-time low, tennis star-turned-talk-show-host John McEnroe's CNBC program has twice registered a 0.0 rating, says the Hollywood Reporter. McEnroe premiered July 7 to a 0.3 household rating and 266,000 viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. The average audience for McEnroe hit a low of 39,000 on July 27. Monday's show averaged 66,000 viewers with a 0.1 household rating. "We're taking the long view and building this destination in prime(time)," says CNBC senior vice-president Bob Meyers.
BUSTED: Tom Sizemore, 42, was arrested Wednesday on a probation violation when probation officers conducting random visits discovered drugs at his residence. He was released after posting $10,000 bail, reports the Associated Press. The actor was sentenced in October to six months in jail on misdemeanor charges of physically abusing former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss during their two-year relationship.
DIAGNOSED: Wanda Barzee, accused of taking part in the 2002 kidnapping of Utah teen Elizabeth Smart, has been found to be delusional and incompetent to stand trial for another year, at least, reports The New York Times. In addition to holding the 14-year-old captive for nine months, Barzee and her husband, Brian David Mitchell, stand accused of kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault and aggravated burglary.
SUFFERED: Michael Lohan, 43, father of Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan, apparently suffered a heart attack outside a Long Island courtroom Wednesday, just as he was preparing to appear on charges that he assaulted his brother-in-law in his home last May, reports the New York Post. An ambulance took him to the hospital, and the case has now been postponed until Sept. 2.
