Josh Duhamel may star on the NBC drama Las Vegas (premiering tonight), but that doesn't mean he actually wants to spend a lot of time there. Though he describes a recent weekend getaway to Sin City as "fun" and "a good time," he says, "I can never take it for more than a day, maybe two days, because it's just so much when you go there. It's sensory overload there. After a day or two, you're just exhausted." We're pretty sure he stayed out of trouble at the casinos, now that he knows what he does about surveillance. "Before I started the show, Mandalay Bay let me in to look at their surveillance room," says Duhamel, 31. "They showed me some of the cases that they had of catching people trying to steal, and what are some of the things they look for, and all the cameras that they have, and what they have access to. And it's just like, 'Whoa. I better behave myself next time I go there.' "

She's Too Sexy
It seems everywhere we turn during New York's Fashion Week, there's Naomi Campbell – and she doesn't show any signs of slowing down. The veteran model, 34, who has been catwalking for nearly 19 years, was offered no less than 15 opportunities to strut her stuff this week, says her rep, Mark Young. Among the shows she agreed to do are Heatherette, Zac Posen, Anna Sui and Tommy Hilfiger. She also appeared onstage with Usher during the Fashion Rocks concert last week, attended P. Diddy's Sean John post-party and posed for the charitable organization Keep A Child Alive. So, she'll take a break when Fashion Week ends on Thursday, right? Nope – the leggy beauty will immediately fly to Chicago to appear on Oprah in a tribute to uber-designer Valentino, then jet to Las Vegas to be a presenter at the World Music Awards. Whew!

Majoring in Shopping?
It's no secret that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen love to shop – and now that they've moved to New York and have a four-bedroom, 5,725-sq.-ft., $7.3 million apartment to outfit, they have been getting busy. At downtown New York furniture store Area Id, the sisters went gaga over the fur offerings, selecting a cream-colored shearling throw for $1,950 and a buckskin rug from South Africa for $2,350, a spy tells us. But, of course, what would freshman year at college be without new clothes? Ashley was spotted recently in Scott Morrison's ultra-trendy Meatpacking District showroom, trying on a pair of Earnest Sewn jeans (a hot new denim line that hasn't hit stores yet but has already been snatched up by the likes of Heidi Klum and Charlize Theron).

Not Breaking the Ice
After working at the Olympics as a CBS correspondent this summer, is 19-year-old ice-skating champ Sarah Hughes ready to return to her studies at Yale? Turns out, no: "Actually, I'm taking the semester off and I'm going to be touring with Stars on Ice," says the 2002 gold medalist. "I missed skating a lot and I always wanted to do the tour, ever since I was really young, and it seems like the perfect timing and opportunity." But, on the other hand, "I always wanted to go to college with kids my age and I was able to do that" last year, she says. "I love Yale, I had a great time – but I also love skating and you can't do really do both." Stay tuned.
