Claudia Schiffer Welcomes a Baby Girl | Claudia Schiffer
Claudia Schiffer and her filmmaker husband Matthew Vaughn welcomed their second child, a baby girl born Thursday in a London hospital, CNN reports.

In a statement, Vaughn said of the new arrival, who weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz.: "I would like to thank my beautiful wife, Claudia, for giving me an equally beautiful daughter, a little sister for Caspar." The elder sibling is 22 months old.

The baby's name has not been announced. In September, at the London premiere of Layer Cake, Vaughn's first movie as a director (he previously produced movies directed by Madonna's husband, Guy Ritchie), he told PEOPLE of the impending birth: "We don't even know the sex, how could we have a name?"

Schiffer, 34, and Vaughn, 33, were married May 25, 2002, and they live in England. Her second pregnancy was announced in June.

The supermodel, who's been named one of PEOPLE's 50 Most Beautiful People, was previously engaged to magician David Copperfield, though they never married. She also was engaged to (and, again, never sealed the deal with) British playboy Tim Jeffries.
