Jennifer Aniston is in talks to make some new pals – Catherine Keener, Frances McDormand and Joan Cusack – in the new film Friends With Money, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The comedy, by Lovely & Amazing director Nicole Holofcener, involves the relationships between married couples and one single friend, which is the role targeted for the former Friends star.
Aniston, 35, most recently shot Rumor Has It for director Rob Reiner, costarring Mark Ruffalo, Kevin Costner and Shirley MacLaine. In it, Aniston's character learns that her mother was the inspiration for the notorious seducer Mrs. Robinson, in the The Graduate.
Meanwhile, in other Aniston news, her haircut as Rachel on Friends has been voted as the most influential in history, according to the Ananova.com Web site, which polled 2,000 women. Aniston's Rachel do was followed (in order) by Farrah Fawcett, Princess Diana, designer Mary Quant and Marilyn Monroe. (And, in 14th place: Marge Simpson.)
