Rosie O'Donnell has donated $50,000 to the parents of victims such as those killed at the Columbine High School massacre on April 20, when two students killed 12 classmates and a teacher before taking their own lives. O'Donnell, who has been in the spotlight recently as a result of her criticism of the National Rifle Association and for a heated discussion on her show with NRA-supporter Tom Selleck, gave the money to the Jefferson Foundation, which is raising funds for the Littleton, Colo., high school and other area schools. Rosie's donation, which she specifically earmarked for the parents of the Columbine victims, is the largest individual donation yet received for those involved in the Littleton disaster.
