Shania Twain on the Move

Shania Twain has placed her Waverly, N.Y., estate on the market. Twain and her producer-husband, Robert "Mutt" Lang, claim they have outgrown the 20,000-square-foot house perched on 3,000 acres 40 miles from Lake Placid. Asking price: $7.5 million, for which the buyer would receive a state-of-the-art recording studio, a tennis court, a boathouse, a 26-mile horse-riding trail and his or her own lake.
