Candice Bergen is set to host a new four-night-a-week chat show for the just-launched Oxygen Cable Network. The show will be called "Exhale," and the format will be along the lines of that used by Charlie Rose on his PBS talk-a-thon. This is Bergen's first major TV project since "Murphy Brown." A test program was taped last week with writer Fran Lebowitz and architect Michael Graves, and the series -- and the Oxygen cable network itself -- are slated to kick off next Feb. 2.
