Does he or doesn't he? Only Al Gore's hairdresser knows for sure, although The Washington Post seems to be keeping an awfully close watch on the hair hue of the Veep. "Several people told us that he looks, well, different," says the paper. "Fitter and trimmer, of course -- he's been jogging like a madman -- but what exactly . . . is he doing with his hair." The Post quotes some colorists as saying Gore definitely lightens his hair, but Gore himself said: "I want to congratulate you on the seriousness of the journalism in which you are taking part." He credited "Father Time" with graying his hair -- and taking some of it away.
