In other news of the royal family, this month's second anniversary of the death of Princess Diana will not be marked with any special service of commemoration, reports Britain's Daily Mail. Queen Elizabeth has decided that any royals wishing to acknowledge the day -- Tuesday, August 31 -- may do so privately, said the paper, quoting unidentified Buckingham Palace officials. It said the Queen believes a line must be drawn on public displays of grief over Diana.
