Actress Lauren Holly, 37, and New York investment banker Francis Greco, age unreported, are engaged to be married, a spokesman for the actress (formerly of TV's "Picket Fences") has announced. Although no precise date was given, a spring wedding is planned, said the rep. This will mark Holly's third marriage. Her very public 1994 divorce from Anthony Quinn's struggling actor son, Danny, had him claiming that her careless spending squandered their fortune and her accusing him of infidelity and refusing to work, reported PEOPLE. Her second marriage, until their divorce in 1997, was to Jim Carrey, though they did continue to see one another and appear in public together off and on for sometime after that. Holly also had a relationship with Marc Grace, a baseball player for the Chicago Cubs.
