A financial feud between the Isley Brothers appears to be settled, reports the Associated Press. Marvin Isley has reportedly accepted a payment of $250,000 from his brothers Ronald and Rudolph for royalties and a portion of late brother O'Kelly's estate. Marvin had been seeking a share of O'Kelly's estate despite his brothers' argument that he signed away his rights to the band properties in 1991. Last May, the band members were on the winning end of a $7 million appeal that found Michael Bolton guilty of plagiarizing their music to pen his hit "Love Is a Wonderful Thing." The Isley Brothers are best known for their hit "Shout."
