A federal judge in Atlanta ruled Thursday that a $50 million defamation lawsuit against the parents of JonBenet Ramsey -- brought by former journalist Chris Wolf, who was named by the Ramsey's as a possible suspect in the killing of their daughter, JonBenet -- may proceed, reports the Associated Press. Darnay Hoffman, a lawyer for Wolf, said that in prepping the case he plans to question Patsy Ramsey under oath about the morning of Dec. 26, 1996, when the 6-year-old beauty queen was found dead in her parents' Boulder, Colo., home. Wolf is claiming he was defamed when the Ramseys cited him as a possible suspect in their book, "The Death of Innocence."
