Recently pardoned for his 1985 conviction on a charge of conspiracy to sell a gram of cocaine -- the pardon was granted by his half-brother, former President Bill Clinton -- ex-First Brother Roger Clinton, 44, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving outside of Los Angeles, police said on Sunday. On Tuesday morning, amid stunning reports from Newsweek that Roger allegedly tried to sell pardons by using his brother's clout, the younger Clinton was said to be keeping a low profile. Meanwhile, on Saturday in a lengthy op-ed piece in The New York Times, Bill Clinton defended another pardon that he granted, that of fugitive financier Marc Rich. The Times has subsequently had to defend some of the claims that the ex-Prez made in the story, and the paper has admitted that Clinton had "stated erroneously" that Republican lawyers "reviewed and advocated" the pardon applications of Rich.
