Australian writer Brett De La Mare, 36, who paraglided onto the grounds of Buckingham Palace last Dec. 28, will not face criminal charges, Scotland Yard announced on Thursday. But the Yard will pass on all information about De La Mare's stunt to the Civil Aviation Authority. At the time he sailed into the Queen's London residence, De La mare claimed he was trying to get publicity for his unpublished novel, through "whatever craziness it takes."
