Country Music Hall of Famer Johnny Cash, who turns 69 in a few days, was released from a Nashville hospital on Wednesday, 10 days after being admitted with a serious case of pneumonia, officials at Baptist Hospital said in a statement. The musician has suffered several bouts with pneumonia in recent years, and is planning to spend a few days recuperating at his home in Hendersonville, Tenn., near Nashville, before returning the recording studio, said the statement.
