Four years ago, Joanna Pacitti, then 12, won a Macy's department store contest to star in a Broadway-bound revival of "Annie," the musical. You may remember Pacitti -- she went on Rosie O'Donnell's show and broke into tears when she told the story of being fired from the show before it hit the Great White Way. Cut to today. Pacitti, who reportedly is still upset over her dismissal, sued Macy's shortly after the original incident. The case has been through a series of reversals since then, reports The New York Times, but not any longer. A trial is finally set to begin in June. Macy's considers the action "frivolous," the store said in a statement to The Times. Pacitti, meanwhile, informed the paper that her life is fine and she is working on a record deal.
