"Just Shoot Me" star David Spade, 36, pleaded guilty in an Arizona courtroom on Wednesday to a misdemeanor charge of reckless operation of a watercraft, reports the Associated Press. The charge was related to an incident at Lake Pleasant (northwest of Phoenix), where Spade and his brothers were riding jet skis. Spade said he was cited for maneuvering his watercraft too close to those being operated by his siblings. As part of his plea, Spade, agreed to pay a $177 fine. Outside in the Arizona sun, Spade joked to reporters that the court appearance "was a good excuse to wear a suit when it's 117 (degrees) out." Meanwhile, another TV actor made a courtroom appearance on Wednesday. Robert Iler, 16, who plays Tony Jr. on "The Sopranos," charged (along with some pals) with shaking down two teenagers on the 4th of July near his Manhattan apartment, stood before a Manhattan judge. His attorneys said that Iler would not testify before a grand jury that is still looking into the case. Criminal Court Judge Judith Levitt set Oct. 25 as the next court date for Iler and his co-defendants.
