BORN: Country singers Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, both 34, welcomed their third daughter on Thursday, Audrey Caroline McGraw, said Hill's spokesman. The couple's other daughters are Gracie, 4, and Maggie, 3. "To be blessed with a beautiful healthy baby girl -- what a way to kick off the holiday season for us," Hill said in a statement. Chimed in McGraw: "I'm still king of the house, and my girls will always keep me in line," he said. EXPECTING: Tea Leoni, 35, and David Duchovny, 41, are expecting their second child this spring, the actress' publicist announced over the weekend. The couple, who were married in May 1997, already have a daughter, Madelaine West Duchovny, born in April 1999 . . . APPLIED: Canadian native Jim Carrey, 39, is in the process of becoming an American citizen, the comic actor has announced. "To me, this country defined me," said Carrey, who intends to become a dual citizen. "This country allowed my dreams to come true." His new movie, "The Majestic," opens Dec. 21 . . . SOUGHT: Pamela Anderson, 34, is seeking full legal custody of her two children with ex-husband Tommy Lee, 39, according to court documents. The "V.I.P" star, citing Lee's "danger to others, particularly when he is using alcohol, as he is presently doing," has asked that a joint custody agreement be nullified and Lee's future visits with Brandon, 5, and Dylan, 3, be monitored. Lee was not available for comment . . . QUIT: MICHAEL MICHELE, 35, who plays Dr. Cleo Finch, is checking out of "ER" after three years, because she's tired of making the cross-country commute to L.A. "The traveling back and forth to New York just about killed me," she told an interviewer. She plays Muhammad Ali's wife, Veronica, opposite Will Smith, in the feature film "Ali," opening Christmas Day. Also, New York Knicks coach JEFF VAN GUNDY, 39, who led the team to the 1999 NBA Finals, shocked fans on Saturday by unexpectedly announcing his departure. He will be replaced by assistant coach Don Chaney, 55 . . . RELEASED: One day after being arrested for allegedly stalking actress-model Elizabeth Hurley, a "32-year-old man was released from custody in a west London police station with a written warning," London police said on Monday. The man was taken in on Sunday in the Kensington district of London, where Hurley, 36, lives.
