It all seemed pretty anti-climactic Monday night as Evan Marriott and Zora Andrich got reacquainted on FOX's "Joe Millionaire" post-mortem -- just one week after they wooed a network-record 40 million viewers for the show's pre-taped finale.
So, what did viewers find out Monday? That not much has happened between them since production of the series actually ended in late November, when heavily muscled and moussed faux millionaire Evan, 28, handpicked Zora, 29.
"It's weird to see you," Marriott told Andrich when they finally saw each other again, face-to-face, nearly 56 minutes into the one-hour show, which was filmed recently at the same French chateau where they shot the original series last fall.
The two have split a $1 million check -- which was presented as a surprise on the finale -- but it appears that's about all they've had in common.
"Did I change any?" Marriott, a former $19,000-a-year construction worker and now well into his 15 minutes of fame, asked her. (He's been photographed all over Hollywood and New York making the party rounds.)
"What if we just hung out?" suggested Andrich. "We haven't had a beer. Just with no camera, and hung out. That would be nice."
"Now it's time for us to see if we can kind of cultivate a relationship outside of the show," replied Marriott.
