SPOTTED: Ashton Kutcher, 25, and Demi Moore, 41, have been keeping company, PEOPLE reports in its latest issue, following sightings two weeks ago in a hip L.A. eatery part-owned by Kutcher (who split with actress Brittany Murphy in April) and another at Miami's Mandarin Oriental hotel last week. A witness described them as "very romantic." Moore's rep says the actress did go to Florida with Kutcher but could not confirm whether the two are a romantic item.

WON: Sai Gunturi, 13, an 8th-grader from Dallas, nailed "p-o-c-o-c-u-r-a-n-t-e" and won the 76th Scripps Howard National Spelling Bee on Thursday in the nation's capital. His award: $12,000 and other prizes. (The word means indifferent or nonchalant.) Sai was pretty nonchalant himself, speaking about his win on Friday's "Today" show. "I studied it the night before," he boasted to host Matt Lauer about his winning word.

QUOTED: "I love the crowd because I'm a megalomaniac"-- Jim Carrey, 41, joking to PEOPLE about the large turnout of fans at the Los Angeles premiere of his "Bruce Almighty."

ANGERED: Former heavyweight boxing champ Mike Tyson, 36, said he's so angry about his rape conviction 11 years ago that he now wants to rape his accuser, beauty pageant contestant Desiree Washington, and her mother. "I just hate her guts," he told TV commentator Greta Van Susteren on Thursday. "She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to rape her and her ... mama." Tyson was convicted in 1992 and sentenced to six years in prison. He served three years before being released on parole.

DIED: Celebrated tap dancer Sandman Sims, 86, died May 20 in the Bronx, The New York Times reports. A popular fixture at Harlem's famed Apollo Theater, Sims acted as the hall's "executioner," playfully removing unpopular acts from the stage with a toy gun. When Sims (whose real first name was Howard) won a National Heritage Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts 19 years ago, he said: "I thought I was making noise all these years. Now they're calling it culture."
