Episode 7 of CBS's "Survivor: All-Stars" is now history, and so is Colby Donaldson.
Shocked was the only way to described the reaction of the 29-year-old "Australian Outback" contestant from Christoval, Texas, when the Tribal Council voted to give him the boot on Thursday night's episode.
Colby thought he had his Mogo Mogo team in the palm of his hand, but the others obviously thought he was too heavy-handed and feared his strength. The vote against him was 3-2.
Ever the good sport, the sex symbol philosophized, "Ultimately, when your day's up, you've got to be okay with that. You've got to feel good about what you've done."
Other memorable moments of the hour included Mogo Mogo member Jerri Manthey's litany of complaints, which were barely tolerated by tribemate Kathy Vavrick-O'Brien, who opined for the camera: "When you're the bad seed on the team, man, it brings it down. I don't even mean a bad seed as much as an annoying seed...so that's grating on people."
As for the grueling Reward/Immunity Challenge, which involved a paddle race, Jerri got her team off to a slow start, giving the rival Chapera tribe the lead. In the end, Mogo Mogo suffered a crushing defeat, and Chapera members sipped champagne.
