HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR. KENNEDY
History repeated itself – sort of – when Catherine Zeta-Jones gave a Marilyn Monroe-style rendition of "Happy Birthday" during a recent party celebrating Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s 50th birthday. With the crowd cheering her on, a very sexy, black-clad Jones serenaded the lawyer-environmentalist while seven men brought out his giant birthday cake lit with 50 candles. The celebration, also attended by Robin Williams, Joe Pantoliano and Jones's hubby Michael Douglas, took place at the Fairmont Banff Springs (Canada) Sports Invitational, sponsored by Gran Centenario Tequila.

What does Quentin Tarantino really think about the New York Film Critics Awards? "I look at it like a football team, all right? So if the Oscars are the Super Bowl, then this is one of all the little games that happen before," Tarantino tells PEOPLE.com. "It doesn't matter if you win, but you've got to put on your suit and go to the game." In Tarantino's case, his suit was a snazzy black number by hot menswear designer John Varvatos. The Kill Bill, Vol. 1 director presented Lost in Translation writer-director Sofia Coppola with the best director trophy at the 69th annual awards dinner, held at New York hotspot Noche.
