Feuding Over Justin Bobby
A rumor about Conrad and Justin Bobby hooking up throws Patridge's relationship with Justin into further disarray and causes her and Conrad to publicly lash out at one another. "You KNOW I didn’t do this and I have never given you a reason not to trust me," Conrad writes on her MySpace page, directly addressing Patridge, who eventually apologizes to Conrad for assuming the worst on The Hills.

Patridge is spotted leaving Star Trek stud Chris Pine's L.A. apartment and photographed drinking together at a Hollywood bar. Though Lauren Conrad tells reporters, "He is a really cute guy, and I'm happy for her," Partridge is tightlipped about their hookup and eventually reunites (briefly) with ex, Australian BMX rider Corey Bohan.
Audrina Turns Show Star
With Conrad's departure from The Hills, Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari becomes the show's latest heroine–just as Patridge nabs her own reality show. The series will be "spicier, edgier, older" than The Hills, according to Patridge.
