After a brisk morning walk, Avril Lavigne works up an appetite for lunch in Bel Air, Calif., on Wednesday. The singer, who's working on an album due out in April, tentatively titled The Best Damn Thing, recently posted this tidbit about her new CD on her blog: "It is really fast, fun, young, bratty, aggressive, confident, cocky in a playful way – all the good stuff."
