Even though Milano confessed a desire for looser maternity styles, the actress impresses in a belted tweed mini at the Feb. 23 premiere of Hall Pass. "I'm not as body conscious or concerned with the way I look. It's more about what's going to be comfortable versus what looks flattering. It's a whole different world that I'm enjoying a lot," she tells PEOPLE.
