After an ultra-secret wedding, Will Smith and an expectant Jada Pinkett make their red carpet debut as newlyweds at the Blockbuster Entertainment Awards on March 10, 1998. "You don't know about all the walls you build up in your mind and heart until someone comes along and tears them down," Smith tells PEOPLE.
