"I'm deliriously happy," the Law & Order: SVU star told PEOPLE of welcoming her second child, Amaya Josephine, via adoption in April 2011. Soon after, Hargitay, 49, and husband Peter Hermann had another announcement: The adoption of son Andrew six months later. Both little ones join Hargitay's 4-year-old son August, who is "over the moon," she said. "He's going to be a great big brother."
