The Victoria's Secret model – who traded couture for casual while in Santa Monica, Calif., with her little girl Anja, 3 ½, on March 20 – had a tough time narrowing down baby names before welcoming son Noah in May. "I want something that works well in both Portuguese and English,” the Brazil native told PEOPLE. “It can’t be too American or my grandmother won’t be able to pronounce it!"
