Becoming a mom to 8-year-old Grace and 6-year-old Finn inspired the model turned activist to launch Every Mother Counts, an organization championing education and support for maternal mortality reduction around the world. "[Motherhood is] an incredible responsibility but one that makes you want to be the best person you can be," said Mrs. Edward Burns, who braved New York's heatwave alongside her daughter on June 14.
