When Charlize Theron adopted a nine-day-old baby, whom she named Jackson, in March 2012, he joined Theron's already happy household, which included Berkley, a terrier mutt, and Blue, a pit bull. "People keep saying, 'Oh you're a single mom,'" the South African native told talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres in May 2012, "and I'm like, 'Actually, I'm not. I got two boys helping me out.'" Blue was especially considerate in the early days: The dog "woke up with me for every feed, for every [diaper] change, and whenever the baby would cry the pit would start crying."
