WORK YOUR BUTT OFF

Cheryl Burke looks great working the dancefloor in her slinky Dancing with the Stars costumes, but when she's not training as hard during her off-season from the show, the dancer has to watch her bottom line. "I have a butt," says Burke. "Sometimes my butt gets big." To keep it in check, she does lunges and logs time on the treadmill and stationary bicycle. The key: "Constantly keeping my heart rate up."
