Applegate makes her PEOPLE cover debut as 2009's 'Most Beautiful' cover star. In her first interview since undergoing reconstructive breast surgery, the TV star says of her double mastectomy, "It's a decision that you made to save your life." Adding that it hasn't been all negative, she says, "I don't have to wear a bra!...And the gals look good in tank tops."
