'Tattoo' Him

Craig captures the role of disgraced investigative journalist Mikael Blomkvist in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, the American adaptation of the Swedish novel by Stieg Larsson. The film, dubbed by critics as "the feel-bad movie of Christmas", also stars Rooney Mara as genius hacker Lisbeth Salander. "I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with," Mara tells CBS News.

After starring in A Steady Rain with Hugh Jackman, Craig returns to the Great White Way in the revival of Harold Pinter's Betrayal, playing one half of an unhappily married couple opposite real-life wife Weisz. The play, directed by Mike Nichols, breaks box office records when it rakes in over $1 million during previews.
