With Dick Clark, 75 (left), recuperating from a mild stroke, America's host with the most gigs, Regis Philbin, will step in for the 32-year vet of the New Year's Rockin' Eve in New York's Times Square. "I'm so glad that Regis hadn't made any New Year's plans," Clark said in a statement on Dec. 13. Reege, 73, sure is a busy guy: He also hosted NBC's live Apprentice finale Dec. 16.
