You don't have to purchase a new dress for the holidays if you have the right accessory: a jeweled belt. "It instantly adds that note of sparkle and festivity to what you own," says Kaufman. There are many ways to wear one (as seen on Jessica Simpson and Laura Linney). "Tie it on your jeans, on a dress, over a jacket." Then keep the rest of your accessories to a bare minimum.
