The future King of England, 56, will finally wed his longtime love, Camilla Parker Bowles, 57, on April 8 – but not without controversy. His parents, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip, announced they won't attend the ceremony at Windsor's town hall, though they're expected at a celebration later that day. At least the proposal was worthy of royalty – Charles went on bended knee to present Bowles with a $950,000 diamond ring that once belonged to the Queen Mum.
