As Ruby, Amy Smart was Scott Foley's soft-spoken girlfriend, but in 2004 she held the eye of Ashton Kutcher in The Butterfly Effect. Smart, 28, who's engaged to actor Brandon Williams ( Mean Creek), has since appeared in Starsky & Hutch and is at work on the Chris Klein romantic comedy Just Friends.
