"At the end of the day, I'm a mom," says the actress, who dotes on son Maddox, 3. Of course, she balances motherhood with a hectic schedule, including a busy acting career (she'll next star with Brad Pitt in Mr. and Mrs. Smith) and her role as a U.N. goodwill ambassador. But she plans on finding time for a younger brother or sister to join Maddox: "Almost any country I go to I'm prepared to adopt."
