The singer steps out with husband Kevin Federline at the July 10 Hollywood premiere of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in a tank paying homage to the movie and her unborn baby. "I was speechless," says Spears about seeing their child's image on a sonogram for the first time (they've chosen not to find out the baby's sex). "I was emotional. I think it's the best feeling in the world."
