Paltrow filmed her new movie, Proof, while pregnant with daughter Apple, who's now 16 months old. Since becoming a mom, "I haven't gone back to work full time yet," says the actress (at the film's New York City premiere Sept. 13). "It's very difficult for me, the idea that I would miss (Apple) say something, or miss being there every day."
