They're breaking speed records, but celeb moms like Denise Richards know that getting back in shape after baby – whether it's the first or fourth – takes sweat and sacrifice


“I spend so much time running after (3-year-old daughter) Ella, I’m not thinking about (losing weight),” says Taylor, who gave birth to son Quinlin on July 10. Her pregnancy did jump-start a healthier diet, though: “I craved cottage cheese.” Nutritionist-trainer Philip Goglia also recommends staying hydrated. "Water intake helps with lactation," he says, "and helps use fat as energy more effectively."
