When Carey turned 36 on March 27, she got the VIP treatment at London's Tantra club, complete with a 2-ft., $9,376 chocolate cake and a club staffer who held an electric fan over her. Just don't call it a birthday: "Mariah calls them 'anniversaries,' " a friend told PEOPLE, "because to her every day is a form of celebration."
