THEN: The youngest Spice, Bunton really was babied by her bandmates. "She was still living at home," Melanie "Sporty" Chisholm told PEOPLE last year. "We always felt that extra protection for her."

NOW: Bunton, 31, released a U.S. solo album, Free Me, in 2005 and is working on a second while expecting her first child, due in August, with boyfriend Jade Jones. "I guess I will be handing over the 'Baby' tag now to a deserving little new owner," she said in a statement.
