After turning in early New Year's Eve, Britney looks wide-awake and ready for a night out in Hollywood on Wednesday. The pop star dined at Dolce before heading over to Euro-lounge Les Deux with pals. Despite the pop star's recent partying, her manager assures that she'll "be back and absolutely at the top of the entertainment industry very soon."
