Are congratulations in order? Heath Ledger heads out of his Brooklyn, New York, neighborhood with Michelle Williams and their 1-year-old daughter Matilda Tuesday wearing an eyebrow-raising accessory – a band on his wedding finger. Williams, who was also spotted with a sparkler on her wedding finger the day before, reportedly applied for a marriage license in a Brooklyn courthouse last month.
