Sandra Bullock dresses to impress in an Indian-inspired Marc Bouwer at the 9th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards Gala at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills on Saturday. Bullock, who picked up the Swarovski President's Award, joked during her acceptance speech, "People are thinking, 'Why is she getting this award? I don't remember anything that's she's worn!'"
